CANCELLATION POLICY

2 Quail Restaurant & Rooms is a very small business, and we are therefore forced to apply the cancellation policy below. Thank you.

Your credit card details will be required to secure a reservation. Any deposit will be taken from your card. Deposit requirements will depend on the length of stay or for the number of people.

All deposits and payments will be forfeited if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
If cancelled within 7 days, every effort will be made to re-let either the room or table reservation that you made. However, if we cannot, a 50% charge of the total booking amount will be made, (less any deposits received)
If less than 48 hours notice is given, a full 100% charge will be made.

We do not necessarily check e-mails on a daily basis. Therefore, if your booking or enquiry is urgent, you are advised to call us on the number below
