2 Quail was for many years a restaurant with rooms, mentioned in several major food & travel guides and even The New York Times but also with two AA rosettes. However, Michael is now the Head Chef at Royal Dornoch Golf Club and 2 Quail is now a licensed Guest House with 5 AA stars
It's not often you get yourself onto a television programme, so I have kept the photograph of my husband Michael Carr, who was Guest Chef for Grampian TV …’Desert Island Chefs’, a prime time cookery programme shown on Scottish Television in October 2003, with presenter Andrea Brymer.
